What does this mean?

This is my dream car:

It's a 1980-something Jeep Wagoneer. Ahh...I can see myself driving my kids and dogs around the country in it. Do you think I've seen Baby Boom too many times? My dad almost bought me one of these when I was a teenager. I would have found a way to keep it if he had, even in Manhattan.

This is Ryan's dream car:

This is a 1961 Lincoln Continental complete with suicide doors (back doors that open backwards). I'm not sure if I can see this on the same country roads.

What does this mean?
