No, it's not money or an ancient artifact found to be worth millions...
I have 5 different kinds of vinegar. Who would have thought in a kitchen so small I would have 5 kinds of vinegar. The balsamic is my favorite. In fact, right now I'm dipping a ciabatta roll from Fairway in some balsamic and olive oil. The white wine vinegar is used in one of Ryan's favorite potato salads and my FAVORITE couscous salad, and salad dressing. The rice vinegar is used in an Asian dish I make. I can't remember the last time I used the red wine vinegar. And finally, the white vinegar is mostly used for cleaning.
