Oxymoron...
I'm watching today's Oprah with Dr. Oz. The current topic is calorie restriction. I am also heating up Rotel dip with Velveeta to go with our tacos for dinner.

Before Jeremy and I got married, we read this book called "His Needs, Her Needs." One of the topics was his need for an attractive spouse. I remember thinking it was a bit counterproductive to read that chapter while eating nearly an entire bag of cheese puffs! You cook up some good velveeta and enjoy!
